serves as a website ticket outlet that sells pre-sale
tickets for event promoters. The agreements made
with our clients prohibit us to provide refunds to customers
under any circumstances unless an event is postponed
or cancelled.
We have absolutely no control of what happens at the event and are
not responsible for any mishappenings. There are absolutely no refunds,
exchanges, or credits for customers who attend the event and are not satisfied,
or for customers who do not show up to the event.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, a refund request must be
submitted within 2 weeks following the scheduled event date. After sending a
refund request, customers will receive a refund for
the original ticket value within 5 business days. Presaleticketsonline.com's
online transaction and service fees are non-refundable.

of the venue can refuse entry to anyone who they believe have not paid for their
tickets or are involved in any form of illegal activity.
All tickets are
